We understand that things don’t always go as planned and therefore have a flexible reservation cancellation policy;
- If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance of your collection date and time then no cancellation fee will be applied.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of your collection date and time will incur a cancellation fee of R300.
- Not cancelling your reservation at all will be deemed a “no show” and will incur a penalty equal to one day’s rental charge.
